– MOVE AROUND: to maintain good health and positive thoughts, we have to have sports/exercise activities. I prefer cycling.
– PLAN: make a proper and attainable, plan to write it down before beginning with the scope of the work.
– BREAK: tries to include health as a part of our plan like drinking water, and using a Pomodoro technique to get rid of RSI (repetitive strain injury). I use the stretchy app.
– FOCUS: as per the plan we have probably divided milestones into tasks, now get out of all the distractions and social stuff start focusing, and work with a checklist. Use DND or focus mode on mobile phones and computers.
– DON’T OVERDO: I used to work late at night most of the time without considering sleep or food. that isn’t good. plan accordingly. set a consistent closing time for the work. I stop at 6 pm.
